No, our artworks have never been damaged because we pack them very securely.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout due to the complexity of artwork size & package.

How do you ensure the accuracy of your product photos, and what might alter their online appearance?

We strive for accurate product depictions through objective photography in natural daylight and specific angles. However, screen variations and lighting changes can affect color perception.

 

Does the artwork come ready to hang, and is an installation kit included?

Our artworks arrive "ready to hang," pre-stretched on a wooden frame. Large pieces and miniatures also include screws, hangers, and wire for easy installation, although they can be hung directly on the frame without these extras.

 

How commission process works?

We accept commissions for all our art series.

We will collaborate with you to create a one-of-a-kind artwork. This process involves gathering inspiration from your space and previous works by Valeria to create a visual reference. Remember, no two pieces are alike, and for your commission, you will receive a unique Carrara piece.

During the creation of your commission, we offer technical drawings and mood boards to ensure that your wall art project will fit your space perfectly.

Commissions typically take about 2-3 months to complete. We will stay in touch with you throughout the process, sharing behind-the-scenes photos so you can follow along with the creation process.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within a 24-hour window, except for sale items and commissioned pieces.
