I’ve been thinking about how we’re taught to do things “the right way.“ To keep the line clean. To correct mistakes. To start over.
For a long time, I followed that logic — polishing, refining, trying to make everything feel complete.
This piece comes from allowing things to stay as they are — unfinished, imperfect, alive.
The UNFINISHED candleholder is part of the “unsent card“ concept — a series of objects that hold what doesn’t fit into words. Each ribbon is written on by hand: fragments, crossed-out lines, traces of thought. Nothing is corrected. Nothing is hidden.
